cluu wants to accompany transformations
in and through culture
The transformation of society has an impact on all levels of human existence and is also reflected in a comprehensive transformation of the cultural landscape. It can be seen in the partly forced, partly longed-for development of cultural organizations and in practical cultural work – from artistic creation to cultural management, all levels are involved.
It seems to be clear that large, traditional institutions such as municipal and state theatres will have to fundamentally reorganise themselves if they want to persist as public cultural spaces in the future. For their part, independent houses and the free scene often have to contend with a limited audience and a certain lack of visibility and (monetary) appreciation. For many in the cultural scene, it is definitely about existential questions of legitimacy and relevance, reach and sustainability of artistic activities.
At the same time, culture per se has always been in flux and acts as a source of inspiration and creative force in processes of social change. Arts are often "ahead of her time" and have the power to ask questions or imagine visions and sounds that open up completely new perspectives and paths and can help us in our development and understanding of the world.
In this field of
tension cluu comes in
On the one hand, cluu would like to offer expertise and support to people working in and for culture, from questions relating to leadership and team development, structure development and internal organization, as well as content-related orientation and strategic positioning to the outside world.
On the other hand, cluu wants to make creative impulses from art and culture more usable and accessible for institutions, companies and individuals who do not work directly in the cultural sector, but have a great affinity and interest in creative processes. cluu paves the way for individual and organizational solutions and strategies that emerge at the interface between culture and business, politics, society, education and religion, and that open up completely new levels of impact and mutual inspiration and knowledge transfer.
